About Iisha
I’m Iisha Reyes, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Longwood, Florida. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating grief, relationship strain, trauma, and the everyday overwhelm of trying to hold everything together.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, solution-focused brief therapy, and bibliotherapy to meet you where you are — and to help you build tools that fit your life, not the other way around.
Whether you’re coming to counseling for the first time or returning after a break, my goal is the same: to offer a steady, honest space where you can be heard without judgment and move toward the life you want.
