Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Notice the thought patterns that keep you stuck, then practice new responses.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy looks at the connection between what you think, how you feel, and what you do. When one of those links becomes automatic, it can keep you circling the same worry or reacting in ways that no longer serve you.

In session, I slow that cycle down with you and examine it together. You will leave with practical skills to notice unhelpful thoughts, test them against reality, and practice new responses — in the office and in the moments that matter most.
